Plot
The story begins in early 20th century China at a crowded train station, with Wong Fei-hung (Jackie Chan), his father, Dr. Wong Kei-ying (Ti Lung), he spots a Manchurian officer stealing an item that is in a similar package as his father’s ginseng. Fei-hung tries to speak with him but the officer hits him. Meanwhile, on the train, guards of the British Consulate search for the stolen box.
The officers wants to search Fei-hung, a sympathetic son of a Northeast Chinese general (Andy Lau) uses his influence to intervene.
After that, Fei-hung battling with ambassadorial thieves who would steal precious Chinese national treasure and he is caught between respecting his pacifist father’s wishes or stopping a group of disrespectful foreigners from stealing precious artifacts.
